Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Etheric India. We are committed to providing high-quality natural, Ayurvedic, herbal, and organic products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

We have a 01-day return policy, which means you have 01 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Organic food items and spices once opened

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Gift cards or promotional items


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Product Images

  • Images of the outer packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Our support team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In certain cases, refunds may be provided as:

  • Store Credit

  • Replacement Product

  • Partial or Full Refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request order cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by Etheric India.

  • For any other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Etheric India reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
