We currently ship products across all locations in India through trusted and reputed courier and logistics partners.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available across India on all eligible orders.

  • No additional shipping charges are applied unless specifically mentioned during checkout for special delivery conditions or remote locations.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is typically between 2–6 business days, depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Pin code serviceability

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather or unforeseen logistical conditions

Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation details along with tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can track their orders through the courier partner’s tracking system.


6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Etheric India shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • Please do not accept the package if visibly damaged.

  • Contact our support team immediately with photographs of the package and product.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing the order.

Etheric India will not be liable for delays or losses arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
