How to Use (The 2-Step Ayurvedic Hair Coloring Ritual)Note: Indigo requires a base of Henna to achieve dark brown or jet black on gray/light hair.

1. Step 1 (Base Coat): Apply ETHERIC Herbal Henna paste first, leave on for 2 hours, and rinse thoroughly with plain water.
2. Step 2 (Indigo Application):
   • Mix: In a non-metallic bowl, mix Indigo powder with warm (not boiling) water into a smooth paste. (Use immediately, as Indigo releases its dye quickly).
   • Apply: Using gloves and a brush, coat clean, slightly damp hair evenly from roots to tips.
   • Rest: Cover with a shower cap and allow it to sit for 1.5 to 2 hours.
   • Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with plain lukewarm water. Do not use shampoo for 48 hours to allow the plant pigments to oxidize into their richest shade.
